So from all the guides I've seen whenever i open GB up it should be opening 2 panels. but I only got the small one without the login. Here is my debug:

This is different than the message I got earlier telling me to re-download GB, as well. I've tried running as admin, tried using the install-fix posted for this version (different issue I know but figured I would try anyways). Unless there is a step in uninstallation I'm missing (just deleting the files then re-extracting).
Also running the GB client gives me this error in the info frame:
Init: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at c.b()
at cl.b(Int32 A_0)
Cannot start - reinstall Gatherbuddy.
