Can't get above 40b/hour

I've tried all the classes and grifts from 40-60, but still I can't get a proper XP/hour like I could last season, remember having a steady 100-150B/xp hour.

Which is the "best" to bot with for that high xp/hour?

I can't comment fully, due to being gone for 8-10 months, however I've read that the experience has been lowered a great deal compared to last season, and with that said, you might not be as well kitted out as the previous season? Running 60 G-Rifts, getting between 45-65b an hour, and that is with a semi kitted out LON Bombardment Sader. It'll begin to shine ONCE I begin getting near full Ancient sets.
