Can't find Trinity PlugIn after patch

So, I tried everything people suggest in other threads...
The options for Trinity plugin doesn't even appear in my DB.

Here's the log for what's going on... It's in .txt format... Or it must be in an image? View attachment 68188 2014-10-01 20.33.txt

Just updated and got the same error.. Does not recognize trinity in the plugins.. It sees my other plugins..

This is the error I am getting since the auto updater:

is this a new installation from scratch?

It started from the previous version. Then I completely erased it and reinstalled it.
Then I downloaded the new version and installed it.
I tried downloading the plugin itself and replacing it completely.

I tried everything that was on the other threads! :/

delete your Trinity folder and use Ezupdater instead,let it do the job for you

Updated: just found it!
