Can't find Flying Plugin in Shop. Am I blind?

Hey, I'm running Kicks's profile and I'm almost in Outland, so I need the Paid plugin for flying mount, but I can't find it in shop. Anyone care to link it for me?

All bots have flying now, the paid key is removed.
