Cant find a valid WoW Instance

Since today I always get the same message. Maybe someone can help me?

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.

I tried to start both bot nothing works ..
