Here's from the log, can't seem to download the mesh.

[06:30:45.158 D] Exception when attempting to download Deephome_30_30: System.TimeoutException: This request operation sent to net.tcp://www.buddyauth.com:5031/AuthService.svc did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:00:30). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/***** to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.

make sure port 5031 is open on your home router, if you havent restart your pc.

The port is open on the router and I've restarted the PC. I've also set honorbuddy in "trusted" group of Kaspersky.

have you tried disabling kaspersky completely and giving it a shot?

Yes, I've done that as well, it seems like it's only this file that I'm trying to download.

looks like the port is not open

I don't know what's going on.... but I turned my V.P.N. on and it magically worked. I was forwarding the port through my router and I tried with kaspersky off. I even updated the firmware on the router.
