Cant download bot?

When I download the bot Honorbuddyinstaller v2.5.7230.621.exe and i open the file all it shows me is files called

u0
u1,u2,u3,u4,u5 there is no .exe? am i doing something wrong?

someone had a problem in IRC, his honorbuddy installer kept opening in winrar. he fixed it by uninstalling winrar then re-installing honorbuddy.
