cant connect

im getting this erro i already try to change my dns and ip, reset and restart my router, i, having this problem with glyph too, its not a issue with AB?

Few things you could try:

• Check if any of your accounts have been banned - it may have been an IP ban.
• If you have a dynamic IP address, restart your router.
• Re-download AB in a new folder, and update it from scratch - drag over your settings when done.
• Make sure your proxy information is correct, if you are using one.
• Update your Glyph Client & ArcheAge manually

everythings is fine now i think its was not AB issue, evertyhing is working fine again, i was having troubles connecting through the glyph too after the ddos on the dns servers, now im jsut waiting for the AB update taking too much time to update.
