Cant connect

Ever since the patch i have gotten this message
[11:48:16.984 N] Honorbuddy v2.5.11489.748 started.
[11:48:55.593 N] Logging in...
[11:48:58.126 N] T: 5247175723796691568 H: 1281774282
[11:49:06.378 N] We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy.

I have checked all my setting and have reinstalled honor buddy not sure what else to do please help
