can't connect to honorbuddy

Hello im trying to connect to honorbuddy after the update can't use honorbuddy when i do
log in it says report somthing can't connect to honorbuddy what seems the problem? :eek:

Just some general trouble shooting, do you have the latest Hb,? 3.5+ net framework? updated wow 100%? have wow open?
 
is its errored couse i have to update my Pc ?couse window 7 have new updates
 
make sure that all windows updates are installed
 
i will update it and give you an knowledge about what happened so please give me 2-3 minits
 
back nothing still the same but my fire wall is on do i have to close it ?
 
make a new Hb installation from scratch
make sure that all the files are under the same folder
make sure that you are not trying to run Hb from the zip folder
 
ok go to control panel,programs,windows features on and off and make sure that net framework is enabled as a service

here what show up in the result error CSOO16: could not write output file :c/users/...../Appdata/Local/Temp/f_fppir3.dll --'acces
is denied
 
I'm getting the same error

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #15595
You are currently on build #0

Any help for me? Im runnign 32 bit WoW launcher and my NET frameworks are on... I've only just bought this service a few minutes ago and having troubles already = (
 
download the new one
they just update it m8 ^^ not like me my error is harder :S
