Cant click Continue on quest

Trying to turn in these bones to "Meatgut" For the quest Meatgut needs bones.

It seems to be stuck when I try to turn it on when honorbuddy clicks the npc it wont let me hit past continue but when I shut honorbuddy off and try turnng it in it goes through?

Any reason why?

Not running Any Addons. Fresh install of honorbuddy cleared wow cache and honorbuddy.

just complete the meatgut quest manually, then start the bot again.
