Can't buy Honorbuddy?

I am a first time(soon-to-be) buyer. I have no idea how anything works here and by luck I found this site. But when I tried punching in my contact info and payment type, I didn't see an option to further my transaction to purchase my honorbuddy.

Is this normal or is everyone else experiencing this issue as well?
