Cant buy from shop

Hello guys, I just bought a lifetime session for Archebuddy but i'm unable to add/buy any mods, it says to me that I havnt got any active key with that account/mail although I have just bought it, please help me! thanks in advance
BTW i just copied and pasted from another guy with simular problem. im assuming this is an account thing or bug that needs fixing
