Can't buy extra 30 days

When i try to buy an extra 30 days it allows me to click on add to cart then on the next window i click on pay now and a box pops up saying it will take me to secure payment, i click ok and then nothing happens for 10 sec then it times out with '408 Request time out' screen.

Tried it a few times today same result

So i managed to pay for an extra 30 days using mozilla instead of ie, but now it says in GB shop that i have not paid even though paypal says i have. When i try to start GB it says auth failed instead of not paid?
