Cannot open TrinityRoutine.dll error

ERROR AssemblyLoader`1 (null) - Compiler Error: error CS2012: Cannot open 'C:\Users\username\Documents\Demonbuddy\CompiledAssemblies\636278516917100571\TrinityRoutine.dll' for writing -- 'The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\username\Documents\Demonbuddy\CompiledAssemblies\636278516917100571\TrinityRoutine.dll' because it is being used by another process.'

I getting this error very frequently in my logs.
I have added "C:\Users\username\Documents\Demonbuddy" to antivirus exceptions, error still happens.

Is it a common thing and I just should ignore it?
Or what I have to do to prevent this error?

after closing trinity settings I have opened it again, error appear one second ahead trinity window shows up
