Cannot open 'D:\db\CompiledAssemblies\636675122762283964\TrinityRoutine.dll' for writing

Because I can't use DemonBuddy on Windows 7 at the moment, I use my laptop (which has Windows 10 x64 Pro) to bot.
It works decent (although no bounties is a miss ), but I do encounter something strange:

When I open DemonBuddy for the first time, I can enter the Trinity Settings fine. However, when I want to open the Settings a second time (it doesn't matter whether the bot is running/stopped/paused) I get the following error:

Compiler Error: error CS2012: Cannot open 'D:\db\CompiledAssemblies\636675122762283964\TrinityRoutine.dll' for writing -- 'Cannot gain access to the file D:\db\CompiledAssemblies\636675122762283964\TrinityRoutine.dll because it is being used by another process.'

I've used the Windows Resource monitor to check the Associated Handles, it shows me that TrinityRoutine.dll is linked to PID 7400. And PID 7400 is... DemonBuddy!

I only have the Defender /Antivirus thingy that comes with Windows 10.

I've rebooted my PC and I also made an exception in Windows Defender for the DemonBuddy folder and all subfolders. Unfortunately the issues persists.

D or C is your main drive?

C is main drive, D is extra drive.
First demonbuddy was installed in the default location (C:\USERNAME\Documents), then I moved the directory to the root of C:, then I moved it to D:
In all locations the issue was the same.
