Cannot move Buddy Control Panel, Please help.

I have BuddyControlPanel plugin enabled. It works great except for the fact that I cannot move the bar. I checked the settings and the box to "Lock" it is NOT check. I would like to move it.

(Forget it, I figured out what was going on. Control Panel ONLY moves via the dragging the PLAY button.)
