Cannot login to Honorbuddy

Hello I just bought the Honorbuddy application for WoW and I signed up on BuddyAuth but I cannot login to the honorbuddy application.
It says:

Shared sessions: 0/0
Invalid account details
Authentication Failed!

I can log in to BuddyAuth just fine. In fact I am logged in right now!
I am sure I am writing the same.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
Does this get thrown immediately or does it take some time?

Almost immediately, maybe 0.2 seconds or something.

Hm strange, happens to me too once in a while but then it takes up to 1 minute and I think then its kinda timeout for me.
Since it's so fast when you try to launch it it could possibly be:
- Firewall
- Internet connection is somehow messed up

I would love to give you more assistance but unfortunately you'll have to wait for a mod to come up as I don't know which ports you have to forward and stuff.
For me it just works.
Sorry man,you'll have to wait for the old guys, I'll think I read somewhere Hawker sleeps at this time :D
And Tony is probably seeing a therapist after that game yesterday :P

I'm getting the same issue, Just bought and now can't log in. Could it have something to do with my key in buddyauth being in the unused/inactive section?
 
I have tried allowing it in firewall but that does not work.
I will wait then, thank you for your help.
 
Found my issue i believe to every1 having this problem use your key as the username and no password and try that
