Cannot login to forum after resetting password.

Hello, my original user Matteo (on forums) cannot login after resetting password?

I had to create a new one just to report this problem.
You can check my IP etc and if you need more info just contact me.

Need to update my threads.
Please do a manual reset in vbulletin admincp.
 
try again a pass reset and wait for the email
dont use symbols on pass and check your caps

vBulletin settings on this forum sends a pre-made password with upper and lower case letters and numbers.
Caps or not, i have copied the text and written it manually, dosen't work.

Please, can you just do a manual reset by admincp?
Or can you check if there is another member with same username or memberid "Matteo"? Maybe thats the problem.

Edit: ..Oh lawd, i can see there another member at this forum with same username. That will freak out VB.
Cannot view profile because i don't know his member id.

Make a new thread telling the mods to take care of the double-account with same username issue.
 
Forwarded the issue with 2 account names to Bossland. That happens when you register a forum name, then a shop name (the shop auto-creates a forum name).
 
Thanks ski, but still, after weeks i havent got any respons by Staff.

I really want this to be fixed now that the forum and shop names are going to be linked.
