Cannot log into the Buddy Auth section....

I've been in emails for the last couple days and seem to be going in circles with support. I can not log into this account on the buddy auth section because I forgot the password. I no longer have a way to log onto the email that I originally used when I made the account to reset the password. Please let me know of a way to reset it and to change the email. I cannot use honorbuddy and its becoming annoying considering I have 3 lifetime sessions and have had this product for 5 years..... Please help.
 
Ive been contacting them, I was told to login and click reset to unlock the account from being frozen, then I wrote back explaining this and same thing was said to me which isn't helping my problem. I need the password reset considering I don't have access to my email I signed up with on the buddy auth section...
 
your going to have to e-mail support again, none of us have access to those systems. your going to have to e-mail them back and make it clear you dont have access to that e-mail to even do a password reset.
 
there has to be someone that can help me, I've sent multiple emails and no response since 2 days before I made this thread asking for help. I'm not understanding how hard something like this is to do.
 
im not sure if youre getting my PMs Tony because it shows 0 for some reason in my sent messages...
 
give it some time, did you make sure in the pm to include a link back to this thread, so he can easily reply when he gets your pm?
 
yeah I did, and as far as time goes im going on like 6 or 7 days total for this issue.
