Cannot get honor buddy to stay open and using launcher gives wow error

when having wow open in 32 bit without using the launcher i have got these errors

when i try to use the Honorbuddy launcher wow keeps giving me error

i get that same wow error when trying to open wow from the main folder with opening in admin, the only way i can get wow to open right now is with the blizz launcher and honorbuddy will not fully open for me if i use the blizz launcher to open wow

if it helps im on a windows 8 laptop.
