Cannot Download Honor buddy

I keep getting the following message when trying to download honorbuddy.

One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file.

0x80070659 - This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.

I have downloaded honor buddy several times before no issues. I turned my firewalls off as well?

UPDATE: I got the install to work but now it is saying

This honorbuddy version only supports wow patch 20173 and you are on wow patch 20182. Please go to http://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/ to check for updates... I just did a fresh install and im still getting this error.

That is because blizzard released another update today to 8** or something like that.

yes, because they patched again, it honorbuddy needs to be updated again. the devs are working on it please be patient.
