ya act 2 is a bitch with all the ranged mobs the build that does the wizard the best for botting is the melee CM crit wizard build but with all the ranged mobs in act 2 its alot harder.

We?re still working on those numbers, but that?s approximately what we?re shooting for.
I think act3 will be very viable after the patch, however you will still need to prioritize damage mitigation and critical chance even more and just hope to muster enough DPS as you can. I plan to keep my helm of command and my string of ears, I don't believe these two will be updated as they are pretty good as they are.
