Can you RaF dungeonbuddy with healer/DPS combo?

I mean does the lack of gear make the healing impossible? As you get something like +3 levels per instance.

Im doing it right now, I struggled up to around the 60 range for healing, but after that it's a breeze

Some dungeons can be a bottleneck if you keep getting groups with people that use same gear and at lvl 80 you better of buying the gear from the NPC and continue from there.
