There is a new detection system Blizzard rolled out.
Why does it take so long?
Detection Changes always take a long time to test. They can find the detection quickly most of the time, but need time to test that their work around is safe so you can keep your account safe.
What can I do to help speed up the process?
Nothing, this is something they have to fix on their own?
