Can u make a ground mining profile using the addon and the plugin routes?

Hey guys! I am in progress making a ground mount mining profile for my newly dinged lvl 85. I was just wondering if i can make a ground profile just like u do the flying one, using the addon and plugin "routes". If so is there any settings i have to change or?.
