I set mine up the other day, hopefully this will be useful to some.
1. Install pushbullet on your mobile and make an account, etc, agree to any pop ups
2. install pushbullet extension on your desktop you run diablo with (pretty sure this step is mandatory but haven't done any r&d to confirm) and agree to everything that pops up
3. go here https://www.pushbullet.com/account
4. copy that access token to your demonbuddy profile in the section provided
Make sure that you selected to allow pushbullet to operate when the browser is closed, I think that is key. That should be it
