try this (and then I'm off to bed, sorry) :

1. start WOW manually (wow.exe) AND CHECK ON THE CLIENT SCREEN WHETHER YOU'RE RUNNING ON 64 BITS OR 32 BITS
2. ONLY if on 32 bits : log in, start a character
3. start HB manually (NOT the launcher this time, just the original one "Honobuddy.exe"

See what happens ..

And if you still see the 64 bits on your wow logon screen, then the last resort is to remove the 64 bit EXE from your folder.
 
Your launcher is loading the 64-bit client. Go to where ever you installed WoW i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Wow-64.exe and rename Wow-64.exe to Wow-64.bak

That's what I'm trying to tell him and he claimed he did ..
I'm not so sure tbh.
 
amg it works! thanks guys I started it manually without launcher!
