Can not use the 491 version

I use 490 version on my computer, and it work well.
But when I upgrade to 491 version today, It doesn't work.
Even I reinstall It and clean up all setting.
But I reinstall 490 version, It still work well.
I want to use the new version, Can you help me to solve this problem?
