Can not turn in quest A Strange Device

Hello,

can some one help me im trying to bot my rogue but every time i want to start hb il get this message.
i have no quests im my log. it just stopped working

Starting the bot!
Currently Using BotBase : Questing
Changing current profile to [Fly][H - Quest] 68-80 [Kick] ($Rev: 2498 $)

[Profile Message]: Compiling Westwind Refugee Camp Quests
[Profile Message]: Compiling Agmar's Hammer Quests
Can not turn in quest A Strange Device (ID: 12059) because I don't have it in my quest log! (Or do I: False)
Bot Stopped! Reason: Could not create current in quest bot!
