Can not start TankLeader Initialisation failed! Check the log for detailed error desc

I have problem to start my TankLeader. There are 2 log files provided in the attachment (One from yesterday, and one from today). Please help!

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

set an exception for Scylla.Ekans.dll (antivirus)

I am using Avira antivirus, and I couldn't find how to add an exception for Scylla.Ekans.dll. I tried to turn off my antivirus in order to run the Tankleader, but it didn't help as well. Any further ideas? If somebody wants to help me through the teamviewer, I would be very greatfull!

also make a new TL installation from scratch
