Can not buy? Two different Credit cards declined..

Are they any easier ways to buy? Seems my Credit card companies do not trust the buddy team :(

Anyway I can use Paypal?
 
I am having the same issue and I am trying to buy full key after having bought trial already. I used paypal lastime but its no longer available.
 
Support contacted me and said there was an issue with the current payment system. AKA nothing is processing... Might be a good idea to communicate that to your customers :-)
 
Thanks ekeefe41! that helps that issue! I have a similar one with my own business! Sucks to be on the short end of the stick but I'll wait it out.
 
So... Support said payment system is down and to give it 3 days. Been 3 days and I still can not make the purchase.

Tony, or any other mod... I am willing to send a PayPal via w/e email someone PM me with.

Also, is the payment system truly having an issue or was support just trying to cleat tickets.


If there is an issue, there needs to be a sticky or something.
 
I agree I will just send money via paypal also. I have been waiting several days! I realize AA just had major updates but id like to be prepared before it starts back up!

Any word on when this issue will be fixed?

Just FYI it's still down. Support answers with a useless suggestion and many people are ready and willing to buy, but are unable.

I have opened 2 tickets, 1st one they said the system was down, 2nd one... they said my credit card needed "3-d security".

After a day of googeling and trying to figure it out... i have come to the conclusion "buddy support tickets" are fucking useless.

Why do they no longer take PayPal? this is a joke i can't buy this...

3-d security is broken english for CSC on the back of your card. They gave me same suggestion, which is retarded considering I don't think that I've gotten a credit card in the last 8 years that didn't have a CSC.
 
Being addressed in multiple threads - I don't even think they are trying to resolve this at all. I'm flabbergasted, don't they want our money?
 
I was able to purchase today. Haven't seen any official word or received any email, but I tried again and purchase went through. Received my new key.
 
Same on my End, Email sent to Support right now, Patiently Waiting a response.
