Can neither fly nor run

So per the title HB3 can neither fly nor run to do anything, simply getting stuck with PathGenerationFailed. This is on a clean install, no other versions of HB in existance anymore.

Profiles are being loaded from the store, bot base is questing.

Would really appreciate some help as at this point I can't do anything.
