He will probably find himself running out of CPU before running out of RAM, WoW is not anywhere near GPU intensive game, at least not for botting. I find my bots using more CPU/RAM than GPU, thats the hierarchy with me, CPU->RAM->GPU, got 16 gigs, and RAM usage can be reduced dramaticly with a Mem Cleaner, some people recommend it some don't, you can just try it out and see how it will work out for u. And I am pretty sure that you will need a real GPU to run that many bots, the integrated might be enough for a few but for 10+ I somehow doubt that
And you *MIGHT* find yourself better off with FX-8350, it costs exactly the same money in the site that you posted, and it beats the i5 with a little in multi-threading. Intel is far more superior when it comes to ultra gaming (higher fps, better graphics etc etc) but at this price level, the AMD might be better, since ultra graphics and highest possible fps is not what you aim for. But then you will need a GPU for sure, since it doesn't have an integrated one.
