Can i run 8 bots on this?

Laptop. i wouldnt, ull run into some serious heat issues

I run the bot and sometimes the fan doesn't even run, it's good to get a laptop since you can move it around (if you want to run it overnight etc)... i7 ftw ^^
 
how many bots do you run on the laptop? does it ever crash due to heat?

1 and no ^^, laptop stand helps the airflow... some people leave it on a surface and it gets hot because it's too low down.

One bot, he wants 8, 8x the GPU, CPU etc. = 8x the heat. And you really dont wanna "move" bots.
 
Best of luck to you, this could make you a cheeseburger and a coke every few weeks if you actually manage to get 8 bots running on it.
 
i am not very sure, but gaming laptop's performance,heating values arent that bad it is just bad when comparing it with desktops, if he uses airflow with this laptop which is a i7,and it is not sharing his ram memoery with graphic card, it will run at least 5 without any lag.. But i am not very sure, i didnt try i have just an old laptop which can only run 1 bot,
 
Why would you get a laptop for botting that is more expensive and performs worse than desktop. Especially now when then profits are crap.
and no, i dont think you can run 8 bots smooth on that.
 
I run 6 on my i7 but I guarantee it is a better one than that (i7 2820QM) Little strange that they don't tell you which type it is = shitty

I have 16GB and a AMD 6990m. It runs all 6 without sweat.

If you are going to do this though, get some better/newer thermal paste and definitely get a solid laptop cooler.

Also, I doubt you can run 8 on that
 
I wouldn't run 8 bots on a laptop. It will generate too much heat. Even if it is stable for the time being, i am confident that after 6 months or so you will run into problems. Laptops are not meant to be used like that, at least not regular ones. Gaming laptops are still normal laptops; for such purposes you'd need a workstation. At least something with more heatpipes/fans inside. Judging by the look of this one, it is a regular build. If you insist on a laptop, look for a Clevo chassis. Google it. They look (and actually are)at least two times thicker.
 
It can run 8 no problem, you'll run into heat problem so use a cooling pad. If you run 8 bots of an extend period of a time the heat will cause your computer to shut down for safety.
