I`m thinking of making a second account, but on the same battle.net account. Can i recruit myself and get playtime?

And can i send heirlooms from account1 to account2?

Thanks

Yes you can recruit yourself and yes you can send heirlooms *IF* the other account is under the same battle.net account / email ( same server )

Wait you can send heirlooms between accounts? i don't know about that.

You need to ensure you setup the "recruited" account with all the same info as your original account, so ensure you can transfer characters. The only way to get heirlooms from one account to the other is to level a character to the min transfer level (I think its lvl10) and then do a paid character transfer ensuring he's go the heirlooms in his bags.

You can transfer heirlooms between accounts under the SAME battle.net account ......

That's why heirlooms now say "Bind to b.net account" on them ;)

Ahhh ok. I did what the OP was talking about a while back and had to do a character transfer. Obviously thats been altered, which is good.

Why not keep your WoW accounts separated on different Battle.net accounts? In case one of them gets caught botting or something, maybe Blizz would investigate the other accounts on the same Battle.net account. Plus, you may want to have the option of selling one or more of your accounts later down the road, if you didn't need it anymore.
