Can I link Paypal to a D3 account that use fake name ?

With my personal infor of D3 account is different from linked Paypal account's infor, would it be any problem when I sell items in rmah with the Paypal payment option ?
 
Yeah you can use fake names but you had to have a fake ID you will need it when Blizzard bans you in RMAH and use that fake ID to appeal.
 
I have two different names on D3 AND Paypal and got banned. It is only for your own security (automatic mechanism) . I call blizzard and explain them my situation. They unbann me.

I am using my daddy's Paypal account on my Diablo 3 account. Is that a problem?

It is not a problem from an operations perspective: everything will work. If the D3 account is under your name, you might get temporarily banned from D3 until you prove that you (the owner of the D3 account) are also the owner of the PayPal account. If this happens, you will have to scan your dad's driver's license and send the scanned image to Blizzard. Then they will probably change the D3 account name to your dad's.

From your dad's perspective, it might not be okay (e.g. he doesn't want to have his PayPal cluttered with a bunch of charges/credits from Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., or he isn't comfortable scanning his driver's license to send to Blizzard.) So, if you are eligible for your own PayPal account, I recommend opening that and separating your D3 activities from your dad's name altogether.

I use my real name for my D3 accounts and for my PayPal account. When a D3 account gets banned, I link the same PayPal account to a new D3 account.
