Can i Gift a key that has unused time for Honorbuddy?

Ok so i loved this bot so much i went and got myself a lifetime key there are about 8 days left on the 30 day sub key i wanna get my friend into botting can i gift him and or let him use the old key without getting in trouble i payed for both but wanna ask first
