Can i get a Suggestion for DungeonBuddy

I was using dungeonbuddy so I can get the the heirloom pieces, I left it running for afew hours with MrGearBuyer on thinking when it was about to cap justice points it would buy gear but it didnt, any suggestions on what I can use for anti-cap or did I do something wrong?

Use AntiCap plugin, MrGearBuyer doesn't work with dungeonbuddy
