Can I Download for IOS ?

How do i download this for IOS on my macbook prop.

I have paid for 1month but cant open it because its windows file

You download a virtual pc program for Mac. Or install bootcamp.

In other words: there is no version for Mac.

I have boot camp but no USB drive to proceed with downloading windows.

Cant find any other way around turning my Mac into windows without buying a copy
