Can I demand refund from Blizzard?

I've heard about people getting EVERY account ever logged on their IP or that used your pp/cc locked for doing a "refund" without blizzard allowing it.

keep in mind, blizzard can do whatever they want really.

You can ask blizzard for a refund, and they may grant the refund if you show good cause as to why you deserve the refund.
If you got banned you shouldn't ask them, you should demand. As Lbniese and Mikeb stated above, it's possible to get your money back and as it's possible and they managed to do so then everyone can and it's our right.

In this case you can sue them for really big money. EULA says that Blizzard must immediately inform you when they cancel your account. And what they would write as a reason for the cancellation?

No, there is no truth to it. No idiot is going to get teleported and then hypothetically run into a wall for 5-10 minutes because you "lost control of your character" if they're a real player.

If you've examined the TOS at all, you'll notice that Blizzard doesn't need proof to ban you, they don't ever have to even provide you notice that you've been banned either. They can ban you because of your race if they wanted. They can make any decisions with their game that they want, including turning the game servers off for good.

If you want to get your money back after a ban, file a fraud claim with your bank, or call customer service and tell them that you'd like a refund and state your case.

You can demand whatever you want from anyone you want. Demanding things doesn't mean anyone needs to comply with your demands though, especially when you have very little control over the situation.

If you're from the States, you probably can. In my country, unfortunately we can't sue the groceriestore if we slip on some grapes. But how great would that be...

dg-x, you have never even looked at the TOS, so please don't make statements that it says that they must immediately inform you in the case of a cancellation. It actually says the exact opposite of that.

This is taken directly from the TOS:

"You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund for any amounts which were pre-paid prior to any termination of this Agreement. Blizzard may terminate this Agreement (and your access to the Game) with or without notice for any reason, or for no reason. "

I've read Russian ToS and it literally says that they must immediately inform you when they cancel your account. Maybe US/UK ToS are a bit different.
