Can i Ask a Modify for a routine?

i have a little problem with the routine's DemonHunterShadowImpaler, i should need a small modify in combat (if possible). I post a image with my combat's skill and all these skills works with this routine but no the Marked for death, is possible add that skill in the routine? Thanks.

(Can be detailed for sure, target distance, is it the best cluster, if target is already debuffed with MoD, etc.)
