In that thread he said "6/ If you see some items missing when mailed to an alt, you're already monitored and dead."

so im just going crazy?"

So what happened? You were on your alt, had a bunch of mail (loot in boxes), clicked off the mailbox, and when you went back it was gone?

I would check the toon that sent it originally, wait 30 minutes. If it doesn't turn up, either chalk it up as a (strange) loss, or petition a GM.

I would take that with a grain of salt until you actually get banned :P

I believe he was referring to GB sending "Empty" mails at times.

Could that be the case? or you're sure there was any items in these mails?

Empty mails wouldn't show up as boxes, they'd just be letters, so its probably just a glitch and should fix itself with time, or go back to the originator.

No.

Although depending if theres a massive gold trade crackin off like..

You've sent 12,000g to some buyer, and blizz will be straight on the situation thats why normally gold is instant, so when you see that its taking longer than usual its because blizzards checking things over that looks suspicious,

Yes.

They do monitor the Mailbox 24/7 365 Days a year.

But i doubt they can actually take the items / gold off you..

I think they will more or less suspend your account as punishment if they suspect a fishy deal.

Its why people do things face2face.

I didn't read your post fully but the above is a brief example and a overview of what can happen.

for your situation i think i heard you mention something about 9 slots or bags or something,

I don't think blizz would have took that :o

But just be warned.

Actually this is how the mail system works..

If you sent items or gold to yourself through the mailbox, it's instant - 5 minutes, depending on server lag.

If you sent items, gold, or CoD to someone else through the mailbox, it takes an hour.

They do monitor it though.

May be your account is watched By Blizzard. I strongly suggess, if you are sure that ALL what you mailed is missing, to freeze this account and stop botting.

Do you have empty mail received by your alt ? (e.g. mail without any object)

I've got this a couple of hours before getting banned.

Remember that if you have more than 50 mails waiting in the mailbox you can only take the first 50 and the next mails won't be available for at least 60 seconds. Until that 60 seconds is up your mailbox will look empty, but there will be a message that shows in your chatlog that more mail will appear in X seconds.

I think that overflowing mailbox is a trigger to start investigating/watching your account.

Using big bags and "stop botting on inventory full" is more safe ;)

This is a bug in GB...I do have these mails since the day I started botting

I doubt it. I've been flooding the AH since day 1 of botting. I put very little if any effort into trying to sell my raw materials. Most of the time I just dump them on the AH at 1c less than the lowest price. So I have 200-300 mails a day easily.
