I have encountered this problem while trying to run hb any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

One of my computers sjhows that same error. The other dosent. Both have netframe 4.

mine is saying could not load Tripper. tools.Verson=1.0.0.0 culture= neutral publickey token =c40611ce03f849a2 or one of its dependencies. the systm cannot find the file specified. any help would be so grand
