Can an admin please look in to Tony, moderator for abusing customers

Hi,

Can an admin please review Tony and his way of treating paying customers? I'm not the only person but the guy is rude and harsh and not helpful at all. Threatens paying customers. Please help 'support' us by doing something about this guy and his abusive attitude.

this forum is moderated, his way might not be yours but he is far from rude

just cause your pickle didnt get tickled the sec u wanted.

He answers 100's of posts a day, you want a detailed discription on how to forum 101?

Has nothing to do with tickling my pickle. Has to do with treating people like shit for no reason and being unhelpful or rude when it was not at all necessary. It's not just me, I see a dozen recent threads where the same thing has taken place, like closing support threads saying it's not a support issue (when as far I the normal person could tell it has everything to do with support), not moving a thread or even telling someone where else to post if he doesn't want it here. Just to name a few things.

Tony Is a really nice person.

Not sure whats wrong without looking into your post but. Let me say this Tony's replies are simple.
and to the point. 98% of peoples problems are the same and most dont do whats asked when reporting
them

If you worked for help support and there was only be 4 options / reasons why the bot wont work and you been doing his job for 6+ years. I bet your post would be just like his. I know mine would be
Its like going into autopilot sometimes because its always the same.

Most of his post are 1 of 5 different answers There always the same.

But some times people get rubbed the wrong way or do the rubbing..
 
Theres 2 things you dont understand.

Problems with payments / store are handled by email on support.

Problems with bot are handled on forum.

I see nothing but legit posts from him, we can all see his post history.

You are just mad since you made a support thread asking how this bot was doing since u was away.
And its not a support issue. Then he tells you that and you go mental. Your posts are deleted but i saw em.
He told you in a normal way, look on the forum, as this is not the right place. You make a new thread, stating the same.

And then you QQ like this...its deffo all about your pickle and that tickle.

He locked my thread, I read some other people's threads that he locked which seemed like legit support issues to me and one guy even came back asking why and he threatened to ban him. Then my next action was to make this thread, nothing I've posted has been deleted nor have I gone 'mental'. If your way to brown nose mods is to make shit up, you're the only one mental around here. Mental brown nosing troll.

Those all sound like normal moderator behaviors, and you sound like a whiny brat.

Nope, just someone that paid money to them that appreciates being threated with a little dignity and respect, the same way I treat anyone else until they cross me. Is that too much to ask for these days?

its pretty obvious your thread has nothing to do with the support section

also i suggest you to take a look on our forum rules and guidelines cause repeatedly you are violating our rules
