Can´t start Demonbuddy

When i start DB i become the following Errors. See it in the Attachement.
What can i do to clear the Problem.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart
