Came back after a long break. Honorbuddy Lifetime user. Registered and no Keys.

I took a pretty long break, but now I'm back.

I bought honorbuddy lifetime on Feb 24 of this year. I registered to the key based system, using the same Email address that I used to buy Lifetime.

When I log into the Key system, it says i have no keys.

What do I do?

you are not a key based user,you are a username based user
you have to log using the same info you are using on shop Bossland GmbH
