California BBB Complaint over lost subscription time.

Look up the California BBB and OR your local BBB and file a complaint over lost subscription time. Banning your account might be in the rules but keeping your money for time your not being allowed to play is not.

If it were legal to not deliver goods and keep the money, NO ONE would shop on the internet.

BBB Complaints drag Trion Worlds Credit score with Dun and Bradstreet down as it makes them unrealible.

Lets start getting our money back... The more complaints they have to deal with the more likely they are to start giving our money back.
They seem to think they are the end of the line in the complaints they are getting, they are wrong. Take it out of their hands and make them answer to the BBB

I'm all for getting my money back, and I haven't had the time to read the full TOS/EULA section on this matter. I am losing 3 months paid gameplay. So my question is, have you read it over and found that it is not written that a ban account with paid time is refunded or not refunded?

Glider users went through this posing and posturing every time there was a ban wave. Nothing will come of it so don't bother.
