What is wrong with buzzard atm? Ive been seeing the ban section full of ban waves threads, like over 15 posts just yesterday both act 3 farm and gold farm core of arreat frogman profile. over 100 bots in total banned atm.

buzzard is on a rampage against botters? possible detect ?

lol wut?
i think he means the poeple who have been banned in the last few days, a LOT of them were using the CORE farming script, and something else, i forgot. Fields of slaughter maybe, idk.

buzzard is make waves of bans. seems pretty clear to me :)
Except they really aren't. There have been maybe 15 ban reports, at least 10 of which were people running 20+ hours a day with multiple accounts from the same computer.
There's usually a pretty steady flow of bans, at least one or two a day. I don't see any change in the pattern.

This.

ive been running 2 bots on the same comp 24/7, although it does dc at points, runs most of the day (i think). just logged for the patch, and we'll see how it goes from there

also both running a3

This guy is just trolling, look at his previous posts. Seems like a disgruntled player who hates bots and wants to scare everyone into not using them.

I believe that what the OP means is that yesterday a lot more people than usual were banned.
I think he means to ask "What exactly is the reason why over 10 players got banned instead of the usual 1-2? Is it something to do with the profile they were using?". I believe the answer is no, as I was using a different profile than the one they mentioned, although also public, and got 5/6 down (at least I made my money back, but it still hurts a bit).
Most of the reports seem to include Core of Arreat / Act3 profiles.
One of my 6 bots survived, they all had the same profile.
I did not use vmware nor anything, just ran 6 different copies on the same PC.
Botted ~23/7.

I don't think anybody who is botting with only one account got banned doing act 3 champ runs.

only multiple accounts

So by having multiple accounts from the same ip and hwid they flagged it and then confirmed the repeating patterns? How did one survive, doing the exact same? Is it flagged already and they just left it out to create doubt?

I don't know for sure but there certianly is a strong correlation

Too scared to use the word Blizzard, I strongly recommend not botting.

Well, Radonic claims that he has been botting multiple accounts on the same IP/HWID for 24/7 and hasn't been banned ever.
Are you still going on about IPs are shit when it comes to bans.
Ive done 10 bots 24/7 for several weeks and no ban have even touched me.
Too many places share the same IP, so why ban by IP?
I would rather think that they ban you for what you do ingame.
Since its the game that you are banned from!

Btw ive botted for YEARS in wow, never ever have i felt the banhammer.
Stop thinking like we were in the 90s or something

Didn't say they do ban by ip either. Just wondering if they maybe look into multiple accounts from the same IP, at least checking for patterns that are commonly repeated by them?
Just trying to learn so hopefully I don't lose my next accounts this fast, and can actually profit some from the investment. :\
So far wondering between:
-Normal machine running multiple copies vs vm'ing all of them?
-If VM'ing, use different *****/*** for each account?
-16/7 with plugin randomizing it vs 24/7 and try to make as much as possible before doomsday?
-Account names can be xxx1+xxx2+xxx3 and remain "safe" or should have different names? passwords too?
-Account owner name, same or different?
Certainly more that right now I can't recall.

Is there anywhere in this forum with all of this information compiled?
I realize that no one probably knows all of this, and if someone did he'd be unlikely to share it seeing as that'd be making Blizzard's job much easier as they could just change their behaviour, but some of these things must be somewhat answered or thought of in here (apologies in advance for having slacked and not searched myself while talking about it).
