Perhaps you don't understand the whole purpose of this thread, let alone this forum-- Its for ArcheBuddy. So yeah, I get to play the game--- But its also to help aid the monotonous processes, such as grinding for materials, gold, etc.

As for this particular thread and expediting the process-- Guess what? That is what this 'Support' section is for. So they can stay up to date on whats going on. Also, to stay in the loop with other ArcheBuddy users.

If, or when, an ArcheBuddy competitor steps up to the plate do you understand just how many might transition over to the competitor due to something like this? Its an issue and if they didn't want the input they can close the thread.

Yeah this is silly. I have been trying to register for over a week. I have contacted support and tried 5 different credit cards (which are all valid) -- nothing works.

Yup - My key is about to expire. Kicker here was i got a follow up on my ticket asking how satisfied I was.

Still lots of people that can't purchase this, I'm blown away they don't want our money.

I can confirm the support / ticketing process is completely useless. My first support ticket was closed and marked as resolved with no response...when the problem was (obviously) not resolved. After re-opening the ticket, I was told my card needed 3D security...which it (obviously) has.

I'm curious if the developers have received a C&D and simply don't want the masses to know at this point, and this is their passive-aggressive way of preventing further purchases. I've never had to try so hard to give someone my money.

This is false, tested 3 working debit and credit cards today. None have achieved to work.
